She took the time to find out what my main objectives were for the session and then she seamlessly wove all of my questions into the informative session. She was very clear in her explanation and helped me become super comfortable using Xero. I love Xero it’s a great software package for small / medium businesses to use. I found as my business grew so does the time commitment and complexity of the book keeping. Fousiya has been amazing at coaching myself and my team on using Xero and efficient ways of using the software, saving so much time!!!! and resources!!! (and cost). Her hands-on zoom coaching sessions has really helped us keep our books up to date. We are looking forward to eventually handing all of our keeping to KeySight Accounting at some point in the future, but for now I am loving the Xero hacks of doing book keeping smarter !! Less
